Returns & Exchanges

At Remind Insoles, we want you to feel the difference in every step; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. We stand behind our high-performance orthotics and offer a seamless process to ensure your feet get the support they deserve.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the insoles in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
